General Information

In an effort to provide our student members with an opportunity to compete this year, we are offering ALL of our competitions in some capacity.

Competitions will occur in either a Virtual / Localized Hands-on OR In-Person depending on the requirements of the competition and our resources. Depending on the number of competitors in each, In-Person Competitions may be changed to a Virtual / Localized Hands-on version. Please see our "Competition List" subsection for more details.

Updates for each competition and dates/locations will be provided and/or updated as we get them. Some of this is dependent on the number of competitors. We appreciate your adaptability, flexibility, and grace as we navigate this years SLSC.

Competition Registration for this year's SLSC will close by April 30, 2021. We will evaluate the number of registrants on or the week of April 19, 2021. The ability to register for some competitions may close at that time to allow currently registered competitors and their advisors to properly adjust and prepare for competition.

The National Leadership & Skills Conference (NLSC) registration ends May 12, 2021, so ALL competitions will occur prior to this with time for our closing ceremonies. Advisors will be notified of the steps to register the NLSC and will be assisted as needed. The top competitors that are registered national members and have an appropriate score will have the opportunity to compete at the NLSC.
