Requirements:

• Submit student and advisor membership

• Elect chapter officers

• Conduct well-planned, regular chapter meetings

• Have a projected budget

• Have a Program of Work calendar

• Compete one activity for each of the three components of the SkillsUSA Framework (examples: Leadership Development, Fall Leadership Conference attendance, Adopt-a-Highway, etc.)

All properly completed applications automatically achieve Quality Chapter and become eligible for Level 2.
