SkillsUSA Framework
The SkillsUSA Framework was created by over 1,000 business and industry partners, outlining the sought-after skills necessary for a strong workforce. The three components and 17 Essential Elements are the skills our members need and learn to exemplify.
SkillsUSA Program of Work
The SkillsUSA Program of Work is used across our organization from the national to the state, and even the local chapter level. Each creating their own, unique Program of Work, using it as a way to set goals and guide themselves to achieve Champion status!
Chapter Excellence Program (CEP)
The Chapter Excellence Program (CEP) is the single best way to build and maintain a successful SkillsUSA chapter. Combining a plethora of proven methods; including the SkillsUSA Framework, Program of Work, along with training and projects/events. The CEP then rewards those chapters that exemplify the ideals of SkillsUSA with a tiered chapter status, with the Model of Excellence chapters at the top.
SkillsUSA Theme for 2021-2022
Annually, SkillsUSA releases a new Theme for the schools year. Many competitions, training sessions, and events are formed around the Theme, creating a unique way to celebrate the accomplishments that will be obtained by all SkillsUSA members.
